GEM Enterprise provides structural and civil engineering design for new build and refurbishment projects, and supports design-and-build teams with clear calculations, buildable details and responsive technical input during delivery.

Where a design-and-build arrangement is used, our role is defined clearly at the appointment stage (e.g., as designer, technical advisor, or specialist engineering support to the Principal Contractor). We do not replace the statutory duties of dutyholders under CDM unless specifically appointed.
